I’m Stacey Greentree, founder of Kefi Effect, and my goal is simple: to make running your small business feel rewarding, not relentless.

Most people don’t start a business because they love operations, systems, or managing people problems. But that’s exactly why I started Kefi Effect. We like it, we're great at it, and after 17 years working in Operations, HR & Admin Support roles, we now help small business owners like you get through the day without a hitch, leaving more room for growth, or an early knock off.

We're not about corporate fluff or overcomplicated processes. We keep things practical, simple, and fun. We'll step in, get things sorted, have a laugh along the way, and make sure you feel confident that everything’s under control.

The word 'Kefi' is Greek. It means joy, passion, and zest for life. That feeling of being energised, living on your own terms, and genuinely enjoying what you do.
